Called to the Bar
Monday, 17 April 2023

Congratulations to Imogen Pitts (Wolverton 2017) who was recently called to the Bar.

"Having graduated with a first-class law degree from King's College London and a Distinction in the Legal Practice LLM (Bar) course, I am now putting my advocacy skills into practice by working as a County Court Advocate with LPC Law. Outside of the courtroom, I also act as an 'Appropriate Adult' at police stations for detained persons who are either vulnerable adults or are under the age of 17. Further, as a volunteer with FRU, I assist claimants at Employment Tribunal hearings without the resources to pay for representation. I also enjoy volunteering with the Schools Consent Project, delivering workshops on the meaning of consent and the statutory framework around key sexual offences to classes of young people."
