We were delighted to welcome a dozen volunteers from a wide range of sectors into school last weekend to support this event. OCs, parents and friends of the school scrutinised pupils' letters of application, written after an earlier session on interview preparation, before running a series of 1:1, 15 minute interviews for everyone in Y12.

When they weren’t being interviewed, pupils worked on presentation skills. All received constructive, thoughtful feedback that really helped them to learn as a result of the process. We are, as ever, hugely grateful to everyone for giving up their time to support this event. OCs involved were:
