Year 12 students participated in interactive and engaging LEX workshops with Old Clayesmorian, Alex Campbell (Devine 2004), as part of their LEX programme last weekend. The day was focused on interview skills and building professional profiles. A coach and psychotherapist, Alex is co-founder of the successful wellbeing consultancy, Inhouse Wellbeing. He was one of the first people in the UK to be diagnosed with ADHD. He talked about his time at Clayesmore and how he has managed to use his neurodiversity to his advantage. Students spent valuable time assessing their personal strengths and learning how to use these in the professional sphere. Thank you @ADHDalex for your advice, enthusiasm and wisdom. |
